1. Website Use

This website introduces stone materials, whole-house customization products, project cases, service workflow and inquiry channels. By using the website, you agree to use it for lawful project consultation and business communication only.

Product photos, material descriptions, dimensions, finishes, colors and project references are provided for general information. Actual specifications, availability and pricing must be confirmed by quotation, drawings, samples and written communication.

3. Inquiry and Quotation

Website inquiries do not create a purchase contract. Formal quotations depend on drawings, quantities, material grade, processing requirements, packing method, destination, shipping terms and confirmed project scope.

4. Samples, Colors and Natural Stone Variation

Natural stone, marble, granite, engineered stone, quartz, wood finish and other materials may show color, texture, vein or batch differences. Final selection should be confirmed by samples, slab photos or written material confirmation before production.

5. Project Files

Clients are responsible for providing accurate drawings, site dimensions, room schedules, product quantities and destination information. Incorrect or incomplete files may affect quotation accuracy, production schedule and installation matching.

6. Payment, Production and Delivery

Payment terms, production schedule, quality inspection, packing, shipping documents and delivery arrangements are subject to the final quotation, invoice, proforma invoice or signed agreement between both parties.

7. Installation and After-sales Support

Installation drawings, labels, videos or remote guidance may be provided according to project needs. Warranty, replacement parts and after-sales support depend on confirmed product category, issue evidence and agreed service terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Website text, layout, project presentation, photos, graphics and downloadable documents are owned by or licensed to Luxstruct unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied or reused for competing commercial purposes without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

The website is provided for business information and inquiry support. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate submitted information, third-party network issues, browser errors, outdated project references or unauthorized use of website content.
